A major bottling company in the United States operates a complex application ecosystem supporting distribution, supply chain operations, and customer engagement. The organization manages multiple business-critical systems that power day-to-day operations across logistics, sales, and service management. However, the quality assurance process was heavily dependent on manual testing across multiple applications, creating significant inefficiencies in the release cycle. 

As the application landscape continued to expand, the organization needed a more scalable and intelligent testing approach that could improve testing speed, expand coverage, and support faster business deployments. 

Business and Technical Challenges

The existing testing approach created several operational bottlenecks that slowed innovation and increased risk during releases. 

    • High manual testing effort resulted in long regression cycles, making it difficult to support rapid application updates.

To accelerate test development and improve coverage, Quinnox leveraged multiple AI agents: 

    • Test Generator Agent to automatically create test scenarios 
    • VisionNova to generate UI/UX testing scenarios 
    • API Builder for automated API test case generation 
    • Rover for autonomous exploratory UI and mobile testing 
    • Healer for self-healing test script maintenance 
    • Test Data Generator for creating synthetic test datasets 

The framework also introduced modular reusable test components, enabling faster test development for new applications while reducing scripting effort. 

Additionally, Quinnox implemented Evidence-as-a-Service, which automatically generates logs, screenshots, reports, and videos to support audit compliance and testing transparency. This transformed testing into a software-driven capability that could run anytime, anywhere, and at scale.
