Along with two other partners, Anil co-founded Quinnox in 1999. Since 2003, Anil has been actively involved in leading Quinnox. Today, as the Chairman, he guides the company's strategic direction. Quinnox services Fortune 300 and mid-market clients in the UK, Europe, and the United States, with its headquarters in Chicago. The company primarily focuses on technology-driven business solutions.

Along with two other partners, Anil co-founded Fieldglass in 1999, an undisputed industry leader in the service procurement SaaS universe. SAP acquired Fieldglass in 2019 for over 1 billion USD.
In addition, Anil served on the board of the Chicago Economic Club, Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center, and Chicago Zoological Society.
Donna F. Zarcone currently serves as a member of our Board of Directors for Quinnox, Inc.
She is an experienced CEO and board director, having served on public and private company boards for over 30 years. She also serves on the boards of CDW Corporation, Cigna Corporation, and The Duchossois Group, and previously served on the board of The Jones Group. In addition to corporate board service, Zarcone serves on the National Board of the Smithsonian Institution and on the advisory board of the Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Chicago.
Zarcone is the recently retired president and CEO of the Economic Club of Chicago. She previously served as president of Harley-Davidson Financial Services, Inc. and board chairman for Eaglemark Savings Bank, which are subsidiaries of Harley-Davidson, Inc.
Earlier in her career, Zarcone served as CFO and board director for two successful entrepreneurial startups in technology leasing and financial services. Zarcone received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and bachelor's degree in Accounting from Illinois State University. She is a Certified Board Director by the National Association of Corporate Directors, is credentialed in ESG, holds a Carnegie Mellon University Certificate in CyberSecurity Oversight, and is a qualified Audit Committee Financial Expert and a CPA.
John has had a diverse and dynamic career spanning multiple industries, always taking on leadership roles.
As Co-Founder, CEO, and Chairman of SAVO, John spent from 1999 - 2018 pioneering and evangelizing the Sales Enablement software category. Under John's leadership as CEO, SAVO (one of the first cloud companies in Chicago) became the unquestioned leader in Sales Enablement, growing at a rate of 40% + per year. It was also voted as one of Chicago’s top places to work multiple years during his leadership tenure. He turned over the day-to-day operations reigns in 2011 but remained as Chairman of the company through its sale to Seismic Software in 2018. As a testament to the entrepreneurial culture built by John and his Co-Founder Drew Larsen, more than 20 people who worked at SAVO went on to start their own companies.
In 2011, John became a Board member and Executive Director of Open the Bible, a Christian ministry that uses broad-reach media to share the gospel with people around the world. John continues in this role today. Under his leadership. Open the Bible has grown from a small, regional ministry reaching 50k people each year to a large, growing, global ministry that will reach more than 15 million people in 2022.
In 2012, John joined the Board of MAXDigital, a Chicago-based, automotive industry, cloud software company founded by his friend Pat Ryan, Jr. In 2014, John became Executive Chairman of the company, closely advising two CEO’s on a daily basis. In 2021, he led the process that resulted in the successful sale of MAXDigital to ACV Auctions.
In 2014, John joined the Board of Quinnox, and he continues to serve the company today. In addition to providing general guidance and governance, he has focused his energy on providing support in the sales and marketing areas.
Prior to starting SAVO in 1999, John served as VP of Sales and Marketing for Sundance Homes, a publicly traded homebuilder. He also served as Brand Manager for the Miller Brewing Company and Director of Marketing for a Chicago-area private high school.
John holds a BA from the University of Illinois, where he graduated in the top 1% of his class in 1990. He holds an MBA in Marketing/Finance from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, where he graduated with honors in 1995. John served as adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship at Kellogg for several years, and he continues to speak regularly at numerous universities/associations on topics related to sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. In 2009, John was inducted into the Chicago Entrepreneur Hall of Fame.
John and his wife Carla, live in suburban Chicagoland with their two sons, Jack and Joey, and their German Shepherd, Rocky.
David Fubini is currently the Henry B. Arthur, Senior Lecturer at the Harvard Business School and is also an Emeritus Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company.
At Harvard Business School, David teaches MBA courses on Strategy, Leadership, Organization Behavior, and Marketing. He is also the HBS faculty chair for the Leading Professional Services Firm Executive Program and is a core member of the executive Mergers and Acquisitions and Board of Directors programs.
During his 34 years with McKinsey, David was a leader of the Marketing and Organization Behavior Practices and a geographic entrepreneur as he re-energized McKinsey’s New England operation in the early 90’s, leading the Firm’s successful expansion in the region for over a decade. David also co-chaired and was a member of many of the Firm-wide Committees responsible for McKinsey’s governance structure.
David was the co-founder and leader of the Firm’s global practice supporting transactions, mergers, and integrations; focusing on helping clients architect and execute the major
transformational programs critical to large acquisitions, divestitures and mergers. David led the efforts of large number of these transactions over the past two decades including leading efforts for nearly a dozen of the 25 largest global transactions. He has deep knowledge of the leadership and operational challenges that accompany these major transformative events.
