Our expert-led team designed and implemented a GenAI-powered procurement digital assistant leveraging a modern, secure, and scalable AI architecture.

    • Conducted Assessment & Discovery workshops to understand procurement workflows, define priority use cases, and align success metrics for Project. 
    • Designed a multi-agent AI architecture with a centralized orchestrator, integrating Knowledgebase, Workflow/Approval, and Data/KPI agents.
