- Candidate must have 3-4 Yrs of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Implementation/support experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding2.0 module is Mandatory
- Expertise in ONB2.0 Localization, Compliance forms and process is Mandatory.
- Good to have: Experience on SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment modules.
- Proficiency in gathering & assessing requirements from functional business owners.
- Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment.
- Involved in analysis of AS IS and TO BE processes.
Job Description:
Develop, create, and modify computer applications software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Design, develop, test, and deploy custom and complex Application Integrations by working individually or coordinating development as part of a team. Ensure smooth and reliable integration of the system components. Maintain post deployment and support post production. All of the above duties will be performed using wide variety of tools but mainly using MVC, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SQL Server.
