  • Experienced in application development using .Net Core 3.x, .Net 6.0 and above, ASP.NET Core 3.x, C#, EF Core or Dapper and SQL Server, along with basic understanding of React/Angular
  • Experience in creating APIs using .Net Core
  • Strong fundamentals on .Net Core 3.x, .Net 6, C#, including but not limited to understanding Generics, Delegates, Anonymous Methods, Extension Methods, Lambda Expressions, LINQ, Asynchronous operations
  • Strong fundamentals of .Net internals including garbage collection and memory optimization
  • Strong experience on SOLID principles and design patterns
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS
  • Good expertise in SQL design programming (stored procs, functions), with development experience of writing & optimizing queries that access/process millions of records
  • Good appreciation of test tools from Microsoft (Continuous Testing using CodedUI, MSTest, xUnit, NUnit.
  • Strong Exposure with Microservices to develop applications.
  • Strong exposure to working in an Agile environment, especially using various CI/CD and Tools like Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure PaaS services like Web Apps, App Service, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, CosmosDB
  • Strong knowledge of Azure SQL Database
  • Self-learner approach to pick up new Azure services
  • Good to have exposure working on containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Exposure to Banking domain a nice to have, especially lending business

Job Description:

  • Overall 5+ years of experience. 
  •  Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, .Net Core, C#, WCF/REST API, Entity Framework and SQL Server.  
  • Very strong fundamentals on .Net Framework 3.x and above, as well as C# including but not limited to understanding Generics, Delegates, Anonymous Methods, Extension Methods, Lambda Expressions, LINQ, Asynchronous operations.  
  • Strong understanding and application in C# for Gang of Four Design patterns, and .Net enterprise patterns and usage of Microsoft Enterprise Library. 
  •  Solid understanding of building scalable web applications using ASP.NET MVC and ASP.Net WebAPI, RESTful API design.  
  • Good to have exposure to WCF. Strong understanding of business requirements and designing appropriate solutions that are secure, scalable, high performing and testable. 
  •  Hands-on role involving building software and taking ownership of delivery by working closely with team members.  
  • Familiar with standard Microsoft DevOps Pipelines & Tools – combination of VSTS, Git (GitHub/BitBucket/VS Team Services), Azure Automation DSC. Good appreciation of test tools from Microsoft (Continuous Testing using CodedUI, MSTest, NUnit. Exploratory Testing Experience.  
  • Experience on BDD Frameworks like SpecFlow) 
  • Strong appreciation of UX skills – HTML, CSS/JavaScript frameworks (hands-on with JQuery and Bootstrap. 
  •  Either experienced on Angular and/or React. Good understanding of IIS configuration.  
  • Good expertise in SQL design (normalisation, index design, data modelling) and programming (stored procs, functions), with development experience of writing & optimizing queries that access/process millions of records. 
  •  Should have knowledge on AWS. Should have knowledge on Containerizaion.
