  • Prior expertise in selling IT & Technology SaaS Products/Platforms, preferably in Testing
  • 4 to 6 yrs of proven experience in business development, strategic research, and inside sales
  • Source new sales appointments/opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls through emails, personal connections, and other channels
  • Exhibits a broad knowledge of multiple or related industries to help/develop actionable insights from existing use cases
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales process and importance of inside sales contribution
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Research demand for our products along with competitor analysis and thereby suggesting new ideas for content creation
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of SEO principles & content management systems – Strong understanding of digital marketing and tools (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing)
