- Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project. Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery.
- Deploying and managing resources for testing. Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team.
- Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
- Â Collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies and test plans.
- Â Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyse results.
- Â Should have delivered projects in banking domain.
- Ability to manage and lead project test leads, SMEs,automation and functional testers
- Excellent in test management with JIRA, Zephyr or other test management tools
- Strong experience in generating required project and test metrics, tracking,monitoring and should have done CIs for improving delivery & service quality.
- Excellent in creating insightful reporting and dashboards and present to internal and external customer stakeholders.
- Experience in Andriod and iOS applications.
- Automation knowledge, with Selenium, Apium or any other automation tools, Postman etc.
