Job Description:
Analyze business requirements and other data processing problems to develop and design Salesforce solutions. Create technical architecture and design documentation to support the implementation of Salesforce solutions. Develop and implement custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and data migration strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. Leading and mentoring development teams on best practices for Salesforce development and implementation. Providing technical guidance and support to end-users and administrators of Salesforce Solutions & licensing and cost optimization strategies. All of the above duties will be performed using wide variety of tools but mainly using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, & Mulesoft.
Job Location:
Will work in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. as assigned which may require relocation.

Job Description:
Develop and execute software tests to identify software problems and their causes. Identify, analyze, and document problems or content. Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures. Test system modifications to prepare for implementation. May analyze and design Business and System Requirements as well as functional and technical Specification. Document software defects and report defects. All of the above duties will be performed using Facets, EDI, & Oracle DB.
