- 5+ years of Production Support experience in Applications and Processes of highly complexity
- Provides highly complex functional support for applications, prioritizes issues and distributes ticket to the appropriate team for resolution
- Isolates highly difficult or significantly ambiguous issues by reproducing the incident, identifying invalid data within the database, and/or tracing transactions through infrastructure to identify failure point
- Creates DB scripts to correct invalid data within the database
- Creates and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Presents, Communicates, and articulates technically complex information to client.
- Resource to work in 16/5 support that includes 2nd shift and night shift in rotational basis.

Job Description:
- 5+ years’ Experience in salesforce.
- Has real time CPQ experience
- Experience in VisualForce, Apex, Aura and good to have knowledge on LWC.
- Experience on Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, DevOps.
- In depth understanding of Expertise in Field Customization, Buttons, Links or Actions, Object.
- Customization, Object Accessibility, Security Controls, Administrative Permissions (Profile,
- Roles, Permission Sets), App Customization, integrations, VisualForce/Apex Development.
- Manage code changes and any additional work assigned by the development Lead.
- Maintain a Test code coverage of above 85%
- Participate in pre-release test activities.
- Participate in knowledge handover activities
- Salesforce Best Practices are adhered in the solutions provided.
