Job Description:
• Hands-on experience in end to end implementation/customization/upgrading of Majesco L&A Software and integrating it with other Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center, or other systems as per client requirements.
• Coordinate build, deployment, code review and code merge activities.
• Work with client business SMEs to understand the requirements and translate them into viable solutions.
• Maintain and fix issues in various environments like Dev, QA, UAT and Prod.
• Involve in unit testing and documentation.
• Coordinate and work on Integrating the Majesco software with other third party or homegrown applications including but not limited to Policy admin, claims, electronic bill presentment and payment, accounts payable, General ledger systems.
• Cogent communication, facilitation, and presentation to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management.
• Understand and functional knowledge of the Majesco Suite including Majesco Policy, Billing etc.
