Client embarked on a journey to implement HANA Enterprise Cloud Financial and Procurement system with Fiori frontend, to simplify its operating model, enhance reporting capabilities and bring in the much-needed integration between Finance and Procurement. Disparate internal operations and systems, lack of transparency in the processes and dependency on manual intervention were some of the key challenges that the customer faced. Moreover, it was imperative that the client was 100% compliant to regulatory requirements and audits.
Quinnox partnered with the client to establish a clear focus on building an Integrated system using SAP’s Activate methodology driven by the Agile framework. Internal tools were developed to migrate legacy transactions to SAP, which provided better transparency into all transactions for the different teams. Implemented best practices – SAP 1709 on HEC layered with all the analytical capabilities, which improved the reporting processes. A 9-member team was deployed Fiori expertise was deployed to implement the project in record time.
