Offsite Oracle Application Support/development/upgrade services



Quinnox partners with clients to carry out customization, database support, functional and technical support  and upgrade activities typically through a fixed price contract. We execute these engagements from our global solution centers at Chicago, Mumbai and Bangalore. Our consultants do onsite work with the client's project management team to prepare the requirement specifications. At the solution center, we develop and test the solution, carry out the quality reviews and then deploy the solution onsite.

We offer our clients all Oracle Application services:

  • Oracle Application database administration

  • TAR handling with Oracle and application of patches
  • Support on functional and technical issues with Oracle Application modules

Onsite Implementation / Upgrade Projects

In this model, we deliver services onsite at the client location. We assume total total project management responsibility for the implementation - a Quinnox project manager works onsite and prepares the project plan in collaboration with the client's IT team.  The project manager tracks the progress of the project, reports status to the client's steering committee and manages risks in the project. We follow Oracle AIM and EMM methodology for Implementation and migration activities.
