In this model, we deliver services
onsite at the client location. We
assume total total project
management responsibility for the

and prepares the project plan in

team. The project manager tracks the progress of the project, reports status to the client's steering committee
and manages risks in the project. We follow Oracle AIM and EMM methodology for Implementation and migration activities.
