| The challenge |
| The client required an SAP implementation to support the global Sales and Supply Chain functions. The project needed extensive subject matter expertise to support complex configuration and customizations of its order management and supply chain planning process. A large volume of custom objects would have to be created to support custom functionality and integration with other systems. All these also had to be tested in a multi-phase implementation across business units and geographies. |
