| The challenge |
To support thousands of disabled and disadvantaged people in their personal development and employment process, a comprehensive system was required to track a client journey as part of the various contracts with Job Centre Plus - a government body in UK.
The various contracts within the system included- Pathways to Work, New Deal for Disabled People (NDDP), European Social Funding (ESF) etc.
The existing system could not cater to the increasing flow of client volume and required functionalities. |
