Client
A national charitable organization that provides training and work opportunities for people who are disadvantaged in the labour market due to disability, ill health or other social circumstances. It also offers specialist consultancy services to ensure best provision for disabled people, and operates a chain of retail shops in UK to raise money and promote awareness.

The challenge
To support thousands of disabled and disadvantaged people in their personal development and employment process, a comprehensive system was required to track a client journey as part of the various contracts with Job Centre Plus - a government body in UK.
The various contracts within the system included- Pathways to Work, New Deal for Disabled People (NDDP), European Social Funding (ESF) etc.
The existing system could not cater to the increasing flow of client volume and required functionalities.
