In keeping with the Openness that is a hallmark of Quinnox, constant interaction is a part of life here. Employees interact face-to-face with the leadership team at our bi-annual TownHall where our CEO discusses his vision for the company and answers queries from employees, alongwith the other members of the senior management.
Our monthly informal gathering at all locations – Infobuzz – is yet another opportunity for inter-employee interaction and sharing. Monthly Performance awards are awarded to the super achievers. We also conduct out-bound induction programs for new joinees. Annual picnics, festivals celebrations, cultural activities, sports tournaments and other events are summed up in Wazzup – the Quinnox quarterly newsletter written, compiled and brought out by Quinnox employees themselves.
